Consultation Terms

Payment & booking

Introductory Consultations are currently CAD $90 unless otherwise stated. Payment is due before the consultation. Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been received.

Please send payment by Interac e-Transfer to jironydeocampo@gmail.com after we have arranged your consultation time.

Consultation preparation

You may be asked to submit a quick wardrobe and/or fragrance snapshot. Please send requested preparation at least 72 hours before your scheduled consultation where possible, allowing time to review it and prepare client-specific notes.

Quick phone photos are sufficient. You do not need to professionally organize or document your wardrobe. Missing an optional preparation item does not automatically cancel your consultation.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once without penalty with at least 48 hours’ notice. Further rescheduling may be handled at Cloth & Accord’s discretion. Reasonable flexibility may be offered in exceptional circumstances.

Cancellations & no-shows

Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or refunded at Cloth & Accord’s discretion. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice and no-shows may be non-refundable.

Emergencies or exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually. If Cloth & Accord must cancel, you will be offered either a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.

Advisory nature of the service

Cloth & Accord provides advisory recommendations based on the information available during the consultation. Clothing, fragrance, tailoring, styling and purchasing decisions remain your own. Recommendations support your decision-making and do not guarantee a specific result.

Third-party products & services

Cloth & Accord cannot guarantee retailer stock or availability, shipping times, resale listing accuracy, garment condition from third-party sellers, alteration or tailoring outcomes, retailer return or refund policies, fragrance longevity, projection or performance, or third-party pricing changes.

Product purchases, tailoring, shipping, fragrance purchases, travel, delivery and third-party service costs are separate from the consultation fee unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Fragrance

Fragrance recommendations consider your preferences, stated sensitivities, context and advisory judgment. Performance varies between individuals and environments. Test fragrances where practical before committing to a full bottle. If a fragrance causes irritation or discomfort, discontinue use.

Client photos & information

Information and photos submitted for a consultation are used to provide the Cloth & Accord service. Client wardrobe photos, personal images and consultation materials will not be used publicly for marketing, social media, portfolio work or other promotional purposes without separate permission.

Your intake remains privately stored and handled through the existing advisor-only process.

Acceptance

By submitting payment for a consultation, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these Consultation Terms.
